Giovanni Moceri/Corrado Corneliani (1937 Lancia Aprilia) won in Palermo. Angelo Accardo/Caterina Vagliani (1938 Fiat 508 C) finished the second place. The top three was closed by Francesco Di Pietra/Giuseppe Di Pietra on the 1938 Fiat 508C .
