On Lake Garda the first stage of the Italian Championship for regularity on retro cars was held. More than 100 crews came to the start.
Andrea Vesco/Roberto Vesco won the Coppa Giulietta & Romeo in a (1935 Fiat 508S). Behind, Vincenzo Bertoli/ Doriano Vavassori (1938 Fiat 508 C) 5,88 points behind, Guido Barcella/Ombretta Ghidotti finished in a 1938 Fiat 508C. Rounding out the top three was Lorenzo and Mario Turelli in a 1937 Lancia Aprilia.
The best female crew was Gabriella Scarioni/Ornella Pietropaolo driving a 1974 Leyland Innocenti Mini Cooper. The best crew under 30 Roberto Paradisi/Andrea Paradisi (1966 Fiat 600).
