The second stage of the Italian Grand Events Championship has come to an end in Sanremo. The race was attended by 72 crews. Only saw 52 the checkered flag on the shores of the Ligurian Sea, respectively.
With an advantage of points, the victory in the main standings was obtained by the crew No. 4 of Andrea Vesco/Romano Bacci on a 1935 Fiat 508 S.
Gianmarco Fontanella/Giovanni Scarabelli on a 1930 Fiat 514 S finished second place. The last top-3 spot was occupied by Francesco Di Pietra/Giuseppe Di Pietra on a 1938 FIAT 508C.
In the standings among modern cars, top-ranked was the crew of Eitel Monaco/Lorenzo Monaco on a Ferrari 458 Spider produced in 2012.
As a reminder, Italy hosts a championship consisting of grand events — Coppa delle Alpi, Coppa Milano — Sanremo, Coppa d’Oro delle Dolomiti, Gran Premio Nuvolari and Targa Florio Classica.
