The fourth day turned the balance of power in the intermediate three leaders upside down, but about everything in order.

The fourth day of the «Classic Marathon» began with an exciting test at the Baltar cartodrome, which smoothly turns into a rally-cross competition. But before the participants had time to catch their breath, the test was followed by three zones of regularity.

Closer to lunch, a green Porsche 911, driven by the current winners of the «Classic Marathon» Paul Crosby/Andy Pullan, approached Anderson/Rose. Stephen Owens/Nick Bloxham, Graham Walker/ Sean Toohey did not miss their chance to rise in the standings. By lunchtime, they had risen two places in the standings.

Kevin Savage, who takes part in a duet with Jane Wignall, best described the situation in the struggle for a place in the sun :»Compared to some, we did pretty well.» This proves once again that you can win back in any situation, and the sixth place at the end of the fourth day is a confirmation of this.

However, the main sensation of the day was the change of the leader. Paul Crosby/Andy Pullan, who faced technical problems for two days, were able not only to catch up, but also to break out into the intermediate leaders. At the same time, Marcus Anderson/Matthew Limn Rose, who had been leading for three days, dropped to third place after Mark and Sue Godfrey.
