In Palermo, on October 12-15, the sixth round of the Italian Grand Events Championship was held. More 200 crews started the rally, including president of the Automobile Club of Italy Angelo Sticchi Damiani.
Enzo Ciravolo/Francesco Messina on the 1938 Fiat 508C won in Palermo. Mario Passanante/Alessandro Molgora (1937 Fiat 508 C) finished the second place. The top three was closed by Angelo Accardo/Filippo Becchina.
