Vincenzo Massimo Bertoli/Doriano Vavassori won by 23,62 in a 1938 Fiat 508C. Silver medalists were Alberto Riboldi/Vito Cartafalsa in the 1933 Fiat Balilla 508 Coppa Oro. Rounding out the top three was Mario Passanante/Elisa Buccioni driving the 1974 Autobianchi A112 Abarth 58Hp.
