The sixth edition of the retro-rally «Nakhimov», organized by the automobile historical society Gorkyclassic, has come to an end in Crimea. This year, 37 crews went to the start of the only classic car rally held on the territory of the Crimea Peninsula, and the total number of participants was 100 people (pilot, navigator and passengers, ed.). The total length of the route was 1100 km, and it was laid along the western, southwestern, southern and southeastern coasts of Crimea near the Black Sea.

The winners of the historic Monte Carlo — Alexei Vasiliev and Konstantin Zhiltsov at the wheel of the Volga — obtained the victory in the Professional category. The winners were awarded a memorable Nikolai Panuli Cup. Let us remind that Panuli was a collector and co-founder of«Gorkyclassic».

Among the cars (a crew with an amateur co-pilot), victorious was the tandem from Moscow — Igor and Ksenia Chernyshevs onboard a GAZ-21I. Ilya and Maria Kashins finished in second place at the wheel of a GAZ-24. Vitaly Sakhno and Andrey Dudin (Moskvich-412) from Rostov-on-Don shaped the top three winners of the sixth retro-rally «Nakhimov».

The next retro-rally in the Gorkyclassic calendar, GUM Autorally, the largest retro-rally in Russia, will traditionally take place in Moscow in July.
