The organisers of Summer’s Concours of Elegance in London assure that the gathering will certainly take place in 2020 which will make it the first major automotive event in Great Britain since February. Initially, the concours was scheduled for June, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic it had to be postponed and now the new dates: August 19-20.

The seat for the two-day «festival of luxury» will be Honourable Artillery Company Headquarters which will provide its nearby lawn to stage the automobiles of participants for review of the spectators. The territory had to be enlarged to 20000 sq. feet considering the necessary safety measures. Thus, organisers may guarantee that the visitors will be able to enjoy the exhibited automobiles in a relaxed and safe atmosphere.

Ticket allocation, though, will be more rigid than in regular days. There will be two sessions – in the morning and in the afternoon, plus, a limited number of guests will be admitted to the scene. Besides, there will be reduced level of security at the parking lots, but they will be available for any visitors who will prefer their own cars to public transportation,

«We are extremely excited about such a breakthrough,» said Andrew Evans, the Director of London Elegance Concours.

«We have already received great support from our partners in the way of sponsorship and it will be even greater to have more of them as well as our visiting guests attracted to the scene of the concours. The event is planned this year so to make it an incredible and more extraordinary compared to previous editions».

Also, it is highlighted that if the 2020 event will be cancelled in the end, guests may return the already bought tickets and claim a full refund or they may leave them as they will be valid in case the concours will be held next year.
