Andrea Vesco/Fabio Salvinelli in a 1929 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Super Sport won the 39th edition of the Mille Miglia. For Vesco, this is the fourth victory in the «most beautiful road race in the world.» Silver went to Andrea Belometti / Gianluca Bergomi in a Lancia Lambda Spider Casaro. Gianmario Fontanella / Anna Maria Covelli rounded out the top three winners of the Mille Miglia 2021 in a 1927 Lancia Lambda Spider Casaro.
The best in the women’s competition was Silvia Marini / Lucia Filippelli in a Bugatti T40. Note that Silvia won the Mille Miglia among women twice, for Lucia this is the debut race.
