A new race will appear on the calendar of Italian Grand Events Championship (Campionato Italiano Grandi Eventi), which was announced by the organizers of the Mille Miglia.
Next year, from 9 to 12 March, Italy, Austria and Switzerland will host the second ever Coppa delle Alpi (Alpine Cup). For the first time in history, the race will be included into the Italian Grand Events Championship.
Registration of participants will last from November 4, 2021 to February 4, 2022. The Italian Grand Events Championship is usually made up of 3 to 4 multi-day races. This year, 4 races were held under the patronage of the ACI: Coppa Milano Sanremo, Coppa d’oro delle Dolomiti, Gran Premio Nuvolari and Targa Florio.
