«Ferrari» tops Bonhams sales in Paris

In the capital of France on October 24, the Bonhams auction was held, at which 97 cars were presented. 72% of them found new owners at the auction.

The most expensive car at the auction was a 1972 Ferrari 365 GTB / 4 Daytona, converted by one of the owners into a convertible, most likely in Los Angeles, was sold for € 488,720.

In second place was one of the youngest cars of the auction — Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato coupe, released in 2017 in the rare color «racing red». The new owner paid 429 thousand euros for the concept car.

The participant of the three stages of the World Rally Championship, a 1986 Citro?n BX 4TC Evolution, finished in the top three at the Paris Bonhams auction with a result of 417 thousand euros.

The top five at the end of the auction also included a 1960 Aston Martin DB4 and a 1973 Alpine A110 Mulet Usine.

A left-hand drive car in Racing Green, refurbished and technically upgraded at the Atelier des Coteaux in 2011-2012, was sold for 393,000 euros.  At the same time, Alpine, designed for the rally and used primarily for training, was able to hit the bar of only 262 thousand euros.
